Kitchen Fire Damage in Mill Basin

This kitchen fire devasted several rooms in this Mill Basin home. The firefighters left behind a wet environment with ceiling and wall debris scattered--as shown in the Before Photo. We quickly relieved the stress from our distraught customers by removing the non-salvageable materials as we supplied their insurance company with the FNOL first notice of loss. A signed agreement allowed us to mitigate the fire damage with the demolition and cleanup of all charred materials. We set up air movers and scrubbers to vent the smoky odors by porting the airborne particulates to the exterior via constructed flexible ducts. The After Photo illustrates a newly remodeled kitchen, pleasing our customers and making them feel, "Like it never even happened."
