Flatlands School Water Intrusion
A split water pipe caused the water shown in the Before Photo during the night. The clean water, when vacuumed up the same day, prevents contamination of the school and simplifies the cleanup and sanitizing processes. The After Photo shows the controlled demolition to remove the lower portion of the sheetrock from the walls. We minimize the removal which hastens the drying and build back to the preloss condition.
